Project

120 Station Road, Seven Hills

Project Overview

Located at 120 Station Road in Seven Hills, this project involved the full civil design for a development lodged by Lee & Co. Brushwood prepared the civil and stormwater drainage design supporting the development application, then worked through council's request for information, reviewing its commercial and industrial development checklist against the design plans, confirming what the design already provided and advising on the remaining requirements. These included inter-allotment drainage and the role of the site's pervious areas in infiltrating stormwater, helping the project respond clearly and quickly to council's questions.

Our Scope

  • Prepared the full civil design and drainage plans submitted with the development application.
  • Designed the stormwater drainage system for the site, including drainage design to suit council's requirements.
  • Responded to council's request for information, completing the relevant items of council's commercial and industrial checklist.
  • Advised on inter-allotment drainage and clarified that the site's pervious areas drain by natural infiltration.
